MEET THE SERIES CREATOR…

Rebekah Wiggins is a dynamic creator recognized for her work as a director, intimacy coordinator, and producer, known for her unflinching stories from underrepresented perspectives. She directs and produces gritty, LGBTQIA+-centric narratives, exploring themes of isolation, family dynamics, and love. Notable works include Clownfish, Ushering the Light, and the gothic western series Vicious Kin, with Pretty Boi also in development.

As an intimacy coordinator, Wiggins excels in creating emotionally and physically safe environments on set, enhancing the filmmaking process. Her credits include Love Lies Bleeding and Netflix’s American Primeval, collaborating with talents such as Kristen Stuart, Queen Latifah, and John Malkovich.

Wiggins is also the founding director of Southwest Scene Works in New Mexico, where she teaches the Chubbuck Acting Technique. Her school leads in providing a supportive learning environment, empowering students, and elevating regional filmmaking.

Her acting career spans major films like Brothers and Let Me In, earning Best Actress awards and nominations for her role in IRIS. With eighteen years of experience, Wiggins brings a compassionate, insightful approach to every project, making her a transformative force in the film industry.
